Therapeutic Massage
Customized 60 or 90-minute session to support improved circulation, mobility and relaxation. Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Facilitation
Massage 60 minutes
One hour sessions are available for therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage facilitation, intra oral and craniosacral sessions.
Massage 90 minutes
90 minute sessions are for therapeutic massage and may also include a porttion of session, if desired, for craniosacral / intra oral massage at client’s request.
Intra-oral Massage (aka Buccal massage)
Gentle light touch within structure of mouth to address tension and provide relaxation of stress patterns in jaw, head, neck.
Buccal/Intra-oral session 60 minutes
Focus on areas mostly head and neck
Buccal/Intra-oral session - 90 minutes
includes portion of session with massage to neck, shoulders, arms
Craniosacral session
Gentle touch therapy that focuses on craniosacral system (cranium, spine, sacrum, surrounding muscles/tissues)
Craniosacral session 60 min
Restorative massage - Relaxation - Self-care time
